You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use NyāyaMēru. If you are using this platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

NyāyaMēru offers cloud-based legal practice management tools including case tracking, billing, document storage, calendar management, and client communication features. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity performed through your account will be deemed to be done by you or under your authorization.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• You shall not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or interfere with our systems.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your client and case data uploaded to the platform.

5. Subscription and Payments

NyāyaMēru operates on a subscription model. Fees must be paid as per the chosen plan and billing cycle. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. Your information will only be used to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as legally required. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, code, and technology used in NyāyaMēru are the intellectual property of the company. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

NyāyaMēru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but strive for the highest uptime and data reliability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to access and use the services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
